Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of Builderly's website, products, and services. Last updated June 20, 2026.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Builderly website, products, and services. By using Builderly, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you are using Builderly on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Our services
Builderly is a technology studio. We provide three core offerings, and these terms apply to all of them.
- Custom development, where we design and build software and AI systems for clients.
- Products and solutions, where you can adopt tools and products that Builderly has built.
- An incubator, where founders receive support to build, validate, and launch their ideas.
Accounts and responsibilities
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a way that harms Builderly or others.
Client projects
When you engage Builderly for a project, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work. That document, together with these terms, governs the engagement.
Submitting a request through our site does not create a binding agreement on its own. A project begins once both sides confirm the scope and terms in writing.
Products and purchases
Access to and use of Builderly products may be subject to additional product specific terms presented at the time of purchase or signup. Where those terms conflict with these, the product specific terms control for that product.
Intellectual property
The Builderly brand, website, and products, including their design, code, and content, are owned by Builderly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Ownership of deliverables created during a client project is defined in the relevant statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, Builderly retains rights to its own pre existing tools, frameworks, and know how.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Builderly or help anyone else do so.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to breach security or access data that is not yours.
- Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our products without permission.
- Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.
Third party services
Our services rely on third party providers such as hosting, authentication, and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The website and any free resources are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Builderly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Builderly at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that creates risk for Builderly or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Builderly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
